Ik heb nog nooit zoveel over haar gelezen als de afgelopen dagen. Wist jij bijvoorbeeld dat de Queen erom bekend stond iedere dag 4 alcoholische drankjes te drinken? Ze begon voor de lunch met een gin met een schijfje citroen en sloot de dag graag af met een glaasje champagne. Iets wat ik trouwens nooit aan iemand in mijn praktijk zou adviseren, maar Queen Elizabeth deed het er kennelijk goed op.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: 'Josefin Sans'; font-weight: normal; color: #3ab64b;\">Ze werd fit oud<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>De Queen is maar liefst 96 jaar oud geworden, en heeft letterlijk een paar dagen voor haar overlijden nog gewerkt. Daar teken je toch voor? Niet per se voor doorwerken tot je laatste dag misschien, maar wel voor een gezondheid waarmee je daartoe in staat bent.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: 'Josefin Sans'; font-weight: normal; color: #3ab64b;\">Deels mazzel, deels goede gewoontes<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>En alhoewel die laatste offici\u00eble foto een fragiele vrouw liet zien, stond zij er toch. Ze heeft vast ook geluk gehad: ze had ook een erfelijke ziekte kunnen hebben of bij een aanrijding om het leven kunnen komen. Maar haar dagelijkse gewoontes hebben zeker bijgedragen aan dat fitte oud worden. Want er zijn nogal wat ziektes die juist gaan opspelen als je niet gezond leeft. En waarom zou je er dan niet alles aan doen om gezond ouder te worden? Want wie wil er nou medicijnen gebruiken tegen een hoge bloeddruk of tegen een te hoog cholesterol, of insuline moeten spuiten?<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: 'Josefin Sans'; color: #3ab64b;\">Wat deed ze dan goed?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>De Engelse Queen was dol op het buitenleven. Paardrijden deed ze nog toen ze al in de 90 was! Ze wandelde graag en veel. En ze dronk dan weliswaar een glaasje gin bij de lunch, maar die lunch bestond meestal uit groenten en een stukje gegrilde kip of vis. Voor de meeste mensen slimme keuzes. En nu hoor ik je denken: oh nee, dat lijkt wel weer een dieet! En daar heb je schoon genoeg van na alle pogingen die je al gedaan hebt. Je hele leven is op orde (daarin lijk je dan ook weer op Elizabeth \ud83d\ude09), maar die kilo\u2019s zijn er met al dat lijnen niet afgegaan \u2013 ik snap dat je nooit meer op dieet wilt. Sterker nog: ik ben het er helemaal mee eens!<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: 'Josefin Sans'; font-weight: normal; color: #3ab64b;\">Elke dag goed eten is geen dieet<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Maar wedden dat Elizabeth haar lunch nooit als \u2018dieet\u2019 gezien heeft? Ze at wat ze lekker vond en wat goed voor haar was, zonder daarbij te denken aan afvallen. Precies wat de vrouwen in mijn traject [naam] doen, al gaat dat \u2018niet denken aan afvallen\u2019 natuurlijk niet helemaal vanzelf. De goede lekkere dingen eten ook niet, net zo min als dagelijks bewegen in de buitenlucht \u2013 het is niet voor niks een traject. Maar wat er gebeurt als ze dat wel doen, dat is fantastisch! Van leuke, geslaagde vrouwen met een kilo of tien, vijftien te veel, worden ze leuke geslaagde vrouwen met een prima gewicht \u00e9n een betere conditie. Klaar om gezond 96 te worden \ud83d\ude0a.En dan mag af en toe een glas champagne of gin ook nog best!<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: 'Josefin Sans'; color: #3ab64b;\">Welke gezonde gewoontes heb jij?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Wat zijn de dagelijkse gewoontes die jou al helpen om gezond 96 te worden?
