Want hoe weet je nu of je alle vitamines en mineralen binnenkrijgt, en de juiste hoeveelheid calorie\u00ebn? Eet je misschien toch te veel, of misschien zelfs wel te weinig?<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Josefin Sans'; font-weight: normal; color: #3ab64b;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: 'Josefin Sans'; font-weight: normal; color: #3ab64b;\">Analyse van voeding en beweging<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>ALs je dit soort zaken eens goed op een rij wilt hebben, laat dan eens een uitgebreide voedingsanalyse maken.<span style=\"font-family: 'Josefin Sans'; font-weight: normal; color: #3ab64b;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Stap 1: intakegesprek<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Voorafgaand hou je een aantal dagen een eetdagboek bij. In een afspraak van 60-75 minuten doorlopen we een uitgebreide vragenlijst en wordt jouw gwicht, BMI, spier- en vetpercentage en visceraal vet bepaald. We bespreken jouw eetgewoonten en de mogelijke verbeteringen.<\/p>\n<p>Naast de voeding kijken we ook naar de hoeveelheid beweging die je krijgt. Dit gaat niet alleen over sporten, maar ook over fietsen, tuinieren, de trap nemen, wandelen, huidhoudelijke klussen etc. Zo wordt duidelijk wat je BMR is en de hoeveelheid calorie\u00ebn die je nodig hebt om jouw gewicht stabie te houden. En hopelijk geeft dit een bevestiging dat je op de juiste weg zit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stap 2: adviesgesprek<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Na afloop werk ik alles uit en hebben we een afspraak om min bevindingen en adviezen te bespreken.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stap 3: vervolgconsult<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Als je een aantal weken aan de slag bent met mijn tips en adviezen, hebben we een afspraak om de puntjes op de spreekwoordelijke i zetten.<\/p>\n<ul><\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: 'Josefin Sans'; font-weight: normal; font-size: x-large; color: #3ab64b;\">Voeding en licamelijke klachten<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Inmiddels weten we veel over de invloed van voeding op klachten als vermoeidheid, hoge bloeddruk, gewrichtspijnen, en hoge bloedsuiker. Natuurlijk moeten dergelijke klachten medisch gezien worden, maar tegelijkertijd kan een aanpassing in voeding een belangrijke bijdrage leveren.
